Have
we found a way to take what we know and feel and make it tangible?
On
the Hearts page, we said that people want to Matter. We were
understating things. Big time. People want to matter, and be engaged,
in the most urgent, constant and stimulating ways possible.
A perfect example: our copywriter felt the block of text that used to
be here was too long, too esoteric... you get the picture. And, getting the picture
is the point. If a message isn't quick and resonant and compelling
nodody reads the fine print. Sometimes, if you're not careful, people
will make up their own fine print. And their own rules. And procedures.
And story. Unless you provide these for them.
Luckily, resonance
is not hard. Compelling has a structure. There's even a starter dictionary. |
